Daily suggested stretching and exercises


Morning Stretch before and after you get out of bed.  Easy Peasy.  

1.  Before you get out of bed.  Please.  1.  Stretch your toes back.   2.   Wiggle your spine.  3.  Twist your body.  

2.  Squats, pushups, small sun salutations.  (Any Amount is good to start.  Increase a few every week.)

3.  Smile, laugh, drink plenty of fluids. Go for a 20 walk.
